Annual membership fee  = $35, covers one calendar year membership.

Membership annual renewal is due by March 31st.

2. By  PayPal or Credit/Debit card, enter your name below and click the "Buy Now" button.
   Note that there is $1.40 service fee in addition to the $35 membership fee. You will be charged a total of $36.40.
